If you are going to overspend on one aspect of your bedroom design, the bedding is where you should do it. Put your money in high thread count sheets and bedspreads.

We spend most of our time in our beds so it makes sense that we should surround ourselves in luxury. We sleep much better on a cozy bed so don't feel bad about spending your hard earned money on a good mattress and expensive bedding. These are one of those areas where it is completely worth it.

Another tip for bedding is to make your bed everyday. A made up bed with soft sheets looks much more inviting when it comes time to sleep than an bed with sheets and bedspread shoved to the end of the bed.
