You will be responsible for return freight costs and could be charged restocking fees* You must contact us by email at info@mccallsfloormart.com as soon as possible. 14 Day Area Rug Return / Satisfaction Guarantee Our policy states that if you are not happy with your online rug purchase you can return it for a full refund less shipping and handling within 14 days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for return freight costs and could be charged restocking fees*. If you want a larger rug size and are not sure of color or style in your home it would be best to order the smallest size to see if it will work in your home first, then return the smaller rug, you pay frieght, and order the larger one. You must contact us by email at info@mccallsfloormart.com as soon as possible. *NOTE ON ANY RETURNED GOODS Save all tags, packaging, etc. until you decide if you need to return the product or not. You will receive a full refund, including return shipping if the product is found to have manufacturer defects or any manufacturer errors, such as shipping incorrect items. *Except with manufacturing defects, returns can have up to as much as a 20%-50% restocking fees applied by some manufacturers and passed on to you. Manufacturers have become increasingly less willing to waive restocking fees. Returned products must not have damage or soiling due to neglect or use. If damage occurred at receipt of goods by the carrier make a note of condition of package, date received, name of carrier and contact us with the information we need to process your return.
