Tips to Installing Boat Carpet

� Choose the color carefully. While light colors are cooler; they're harder to keep clean.

� When installing the carpet into your boat, keep the carpet running in the same direction. It has a definate pattern direction.

� Use outdoor and waterproof glue to install boat carpet.

� Install boat carpet in a well-ventilated area but not in direct sunlight or on days when the temperature is over 90 degrees.

� After installation, use little to no soap because it is difficult to get all of the soap out.

� Invest in a boat cover. Your boat carpet will last longer. The carpet, while UV stabilized, can begin to disintegrate in just a couple of years.
